We had a crazy few months. Brent got a job. It was a whirlwind of decision making. While we had to tell this job yes or no before Christmas Brent had two other jobs that wanted to interview him after Christmas. We decided to say yes to the first job.
In other news MC2 finished the first Harry Potter with mom. Since the baby is too young to remember the movie we all got to watch the first movie since they aren't allowed to watch Harry Potter unless they have read the books.
Girl Child 1 make a quilt for her teddy bear. She did a great job and didn't sew any fingers so that is success.
This girl loves to dress up.
We have been reading a lot of Lady Bug Girl (the book) and she wanted to dress up like her.
This girl (thanks to me) discovered Geronimo Stilton books and is obsessed. I have to force her to stop reading so she can get her jobs done. I think she goes through five books a week.
A long time ago I bought gel for kids and presented it to this guy and he ran away crying. This week he has decided he wants to look like Rett on Good Mythical Morning. He even fixed his hair in the bathroom for 15 minutes after church. Guess he finally cares what he looks like. A girl in his church class kicked him this week. It was a great accomplishment. He was very proud of himself.
This guy ran into a dumpster while being chased by a kid with a light saber.
Oh, and I made a rug.
