So its been a while since I blogged, but in my defense, we moved. It was kind a traumatic move too. Mostly because of Chase Bank and their inability to sell a house to us. Long story.
I'm going to work backwards from now until August.
Cute girl. Loves wearing her hat everywhere.
We were recommended this pumpkin patch. We loved it. The baby named the cows Butterscotch and Puddin'.
I didn't think she would kiss the cow skull, but she did. Oops.
I refinished our kitchen table because I painted the kitchen yellow so everything else needed to look nice too.
I've almost painted every room in the house and trim and doors. Give me two more weeks and it will all be done... and both front and back decks too. Whew! I'm tired!
My Dad came to visit soon after we moved and helped fix A TON of things.
Man Child #1 dressed up like his Principal for Spirit Week and ended up wearing the exact same outfit.
The baby turned four. I am sad. She is happy. We made a rainbow My Little Pony cake. She is already planning her birthday party for next year.
I made her a Pinkie Pie blanket.
This guy had Talk like a Pirate day at school. We made this costume in ten minutes. It was awesome.
This is the first day of school when we were homeless because Chase wouldn't fill out paperwork and we spent two days in a vacation house.
This was the day of the Eclipse. We had friends come to visit and had a blast even though it rained. The clouds cleared up miraculously for just enough time for the full eclipse and it was cloudy enough we didn't need our glasses.
Brent got a cool shirt for helping.
So "own" a house... in like 33 years and we are moved in.
