End of Summer

We have had six birthday cakes in the last month while visiting and got back just in time for MC2's birthday.  I swore no more cakes, but I caved on his birthday and we ran to the store.  He picked out this monstrosity.  I don't think my kids have ever had a store bought cake before so he loved it.  Mostly because there was a toy spiderman on the top.

 Today we did a craft.  I wanted the kids to make something for their rooms to hang on their walls.  I was thinking something to do with their names and we ended up with this:

They loved it.
